The collection includes the artist's iconic street scenes and a mixture of graphic design with a pulp fiction flair. The paintings will be on display through October 2, 2010 at the RedSky Gallery, 1224 East Blvd., Charlotte.

I'd Rather Be in Paris

I'm having a great time creating a new style of painting. "I'd Rather be in Paris" represents the "happy" 50's housewife who would rather be skipping through the streets of Paris than cooking her husband's dinner.

Inspired by a trip to Italy for my 4oth birthday, I am experimenting with new ideas involving mixed media. My focus is to meld iconic color schemes with portrait imagery.

Both pieces will be part of my new collection which will debut on Friday, September 10th at the Red Sky Gallery in Charlotte, North Carolina.
